The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is accepting bids for aggregate stockpiling in the Tok District, with proposals due by 11 a.m. April 29, 2026.

Bids will be publicly opened at that time. Late submissions, faxed proposals, and oral bids will not be accepted.

The project is federally funded. Contractors can download bid documents in PDF format from the state's Online Public Notice website. Anyone who downloads the documents must register with the procurement officer to receive any amendments. Failure to register may result in bid rejection.

The department will ensure disadvantaged business enterprises have full opportunity to submit bids and will not discriminate based on race, color, or national origin in awarding the contract.
