The Alaska Department of Transportation is considering a lease supplement for Premier Alaska Tours Inc. to occupy additional space at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport from May 1 through September 30, 2026. The proposal would give Premier Alaska Tours access to two rooms in the South Terminal totaling 392 square feet for tour reception services and baggage storage. The company would pay the current terminal rent rate of $131.64 per square foot annually. Public comments and competing applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on May 9, 2026. After the comment period closes, the department will decide whether to approve the lease supplement. The lease would cover Room S1780 (253 square feet) and Room SA1140 (139 square feet) in the South Terminal. Premier Alaska Tours would use the space for tour reception service podiums and baggage storage.
