The Tanana Valley State Forest Citizens' Advisory Committee will meet Thursday, April 9 from 6 to 8:30 PM to discuss management of the 1.8-million-acre state forest. Public comment is scheduled for 7:50 PM.

The committee advises the Division of Forestry and Fire Protection on plans and proposals for managing the Tanana Valley State Forest and other forested state lands in the area. Comments may be limited to four minutes to keep the meeting on schedule.

The meeting will be held in the Large Conference Room of the Department of Natural Resources building at 3700 Airport Way in Fairbanks. Remote participation is available through Microsoft Teams, with the link posted on the committee's website through April 9.
