The Fairbanks Area Surface Transportation Planning Policy Board will meet Wednesday, April 15 from noon to 2 p.m. to discuss updates on the Chena Riverwalk project and other local transportation issues.

The meeting will cover construction updates for the Chena Small Tracts roundabout and review the roles of the Walk, Ride, & Roll Advisory Committee. Board members will also discuss expanding the metropolitan planning area boundary and revising the organization's bylaws.

Other agenda items include how often the Project Enhancement Committee should meet and a discussion about Airport Way being voted the "ugliest road" in Fairbanks.
