The Alaska Department of Administration is accepting bids through April 30, 2026, for software licenses needed to operate mainframe computer components used by state government.

Bids must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Alaska Time on April 30 via email to [email protected] with the bid number 260000433 in the subject line. The contracts resulting from this bidding process will be available for state agencies to use but won't be mandatory.

Companies submitting bids must ensure their emails don't exceed 20 megabytes. Larger bids must be split into multiple emails, each under the size limit. The state recommends sending bids well before the deadline since email delivery isn't instantaneous.

Bidders must call 907-465-1067 to confirm the state received their complete submission. The state won't be responsible for emails that are unreadable, corrupted, or have missing attachments.
