Joining me today are Chairman Steadman, Senator Keele, Senator Merrick, Senator Senator Krogg and myself. Senator Hoffman, Senator Olson is away on a graduation ceremony for his son in Edgecombe.

We have two items on today's agenda. First being Senate Bill 162, Species as Legal Tender, and HB 110, Add Faculty Member to the University of Border Regions We'll bring up Senate Bill 162. The first bill was heard on— the bill was first heard on May 4th. We took public testimony, reviewed the fiscal notes at that time.

Do we have any closing comments from Senator Cronk? No, Senator. Will of the committee, Senator Steadman. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I move Senate Bill 162, version N, from committee with attached fiscal notes and individual recommendations.

Is there objection to that motion? Seeing no objection, that bill is moved to the next committee of referral, which would be the Rules Committee. That's the second item on today's agenda. House Bill 10, add faculty member to the Board of Member to the University Board of Regents, this bill was first heard on April 22nd. We took public testimony and reviewed the fiscal notes at that time.
