Additionally, we give Legislative Legal and Legislative Finance the authority to make technical and conforming changes. Is there objection to that motion? Seeing none, that bill moves on to the next committee referral, which is Rules Committee. The second item on today's agenda is HB 265, the mental health budget.

The version in front of you, the CS in front of you, version L, just simply incorporates the amendment that was adopted yesterday. Adding $5,150,000 to the capital budget, mental health capital budget for the homeless assistance program.
