We just have one item on today's agenda. I'm sorry, a couple of items on today's agenda. Budget closeout, legislative finance is available for any questions. Kelly Good, staff to Chair Olson, will go over the changes in the budget outlined. Thank you, Senator Kawasaki.

The positions, uh, full-time are 755, 38 part-time, and 6 temporary. So a total of 799. The Senate Finance Subcommittee for the Judiciary reviewed the budget request, and the following are their actions. They approved the judiciary's original budget request and included 3 additional requests that the judiciary made that were not included in the original budget. That's $600 million for increase of leases, $115 million for salary and benefits increases for the therapeutic court paralegals, and $6,000 for travel.

The Senate Finance Subcommittee did not accept the House increment of $600— $363,000 for the visitor case log. There are no organizational structure change and there is no wordage for this. And I think that it was $600,000— Yes. $600,300,000, $115,500, And $6,000. Yeah, that's better.

Decibel points. The courts are happy. All right. We thank you very much. Are there any questions for Kelly?

Scott Kawasaki

Okay. Seeing none, I will go ahead and make the motion. I move the FY27 operating budget for the judiciary from subcommittee with the attached legislative finance budget action sheet dated 4/15/26. I move that To give the Legislative Finance Division the ability to make any technical or conforming changes. Are there any objections?

Hearing and seeing none, the motion carries. That concludes today's meeting of the Finance Subcommittee on the Judiciary, and we are adjourned at 5:48.
