The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is accepting bids for a new paint truck through its State Equipment Fleet division. Companies interested in bidding have until May 12 at 2:30 p.m. to submit proposals.

The paint truck will serve statewide operations for the transportation department. Bid documents are available from Kristi Futrel at the State Equipment Fleet headquarters at 5420 Dr. MLK Jr. Avenue in Anchorage.

Contractors can request amendments to the bid specifications until May 5 at 2:30 p.m. The state will open all bids publicly on May 12 at 2:30 p.m.

Bidders with disabilities who need special accommodations to participate in the procurement process must contact Futrel at 907-269-0793 at least 10 days before the bid opening date. The state provides auxiliary aids and services under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
