State renews Arcticom communications site lease near Tanaina

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources has renewed a land lease for Arcticom, LLC to continue operating a communications site in the Talkeetna Mountains near Tanaina for another 10 years.

The one-acre site sits in Section 22, Township 19 North, Range 1 West, Seward Meridian. The state issued the renewal decision under Alaska Statutes 38.05.070(e) and 38.05.070(b), which govern lease renewals for existing facilities.

The renewal decision will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 20 calendar days. The public can review the full renewal decision and development plan documents during that period.
