Sourcewell seeks bids for trailer equipment contracts through June 2026

Sourcewell, a Minnesota government purchasing cooperative, is accepting proposals for trailer equipment and services that Alaska agencies can use through June 25, 2026.

The request for proposals covers trailers with related equipment and services. Thousands of government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and tribal governments across the United States and Canada can purchase from the resulting contracts.

Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. The deadline is June 25, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Sourcewell operates as a service cooperative that negotiates contracts on behalf of participating public agencies. Alaska state agencies and local governments can use these contracts to purchase equipment without conducting their own bidding processes.
