The Chugach State Park Citizen Advisory Board will meet May 11 at 5 p.m. at the BP Energy Center in Anchorage. The board advises the Alaska Department of Natural Resources on management of the 495,000-acre park that stretches from Girdwood to Eklutna.

The meeting will take place at 1014 Energy Court in Anchorage. Members of the public can attend in person or join remotely through Microsoft Teams or by phone.

The Chugach Citizen Advisory Board typically reviews proposed trail projects, facility improvements, and management plans for the state park. The board makes recommendations to the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation but does not have final decision-making authority.
